Hubler Auto Group Supports Fundraiser for Humane Society
It was a wonderful day last Saturday in Franklin . Bradley Chevrolet and the Hubler Auto Group were proud to help out and donate prizes for the 13th annual Paw Pounder fundraiser for Johnson County Humane Society. The sunshine brought out a big crowd to Franklin High School . Hundreds of doggies and their owners came out for the charity dog walk and all the great events. Whether you wanted to see the vets on hand, learn about the Humane Society, see dog demonstrations, participate in talent or Frisbee contest, or get lunch it was all there at the Paw Pounder. This event has really grown over the years and from the looks of it will be even bigger next year. A special thanks to all the volunteers who came out to make it such a special day. I know the dogs had a great time and I am sure the owners did too. Bradley Chevrolet is looking forward helping out even more next year. Hubler Nissan, Indianapolis, Hubler Auto Outlet, Indianapolis, Hubler Mazda, Greenwood, IN, and Hubler Acura, Greenwood, IN, complete the list of 6 dealerships clustered in the same neighborhood along U.S. 31 South.
Hubler Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Hubler Chevrolet Center both are located in Shelbyville, IN. Hubler Auto Center markets Buick, Cadillac, and Chevrolet to the citizens of Rushville, IN and neighboring towns. The group is rounded out by a "destination store" located in Bedford, IN: Hubler Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC Cadillac which serves customers from Bloomington, Mitchell, and residents of most south central Indiana Counties assisting with their automotive needs.
One characteristic that makes us unique is our approach to the customer / dealership relationship. When a prospective customer first comes on our lot to purchase an automobile, our primary goal is not to simply sell them that vehicle. Our goal is to handle their buying experience in a manner that will make them want to come back when their automobile needs servicing or they want to personalize their purchase with accessories from our parts department.
We view the purchase of a new or pre-owned car, truck, van or SUV as merely the "vehicle" (pun intended) for starting a life-long relationship. We also realize that we are not perfect and that there are times when we make mistakes when handling customer needs. When this happens we try to do two things:
First, we do whatever we can to rectify the problem and make the customer happy in spite of the error.
Second, we try to learn from every mistake and take the steps necessary to make sure that we don’t repeat it with other customers.
